Feb 1:  Youth Ham and Scalloped Potato Supper and Dessert Auction. If you want to help the Youth by making a dessert, we welcome your support. 5:00 pm.  Adult $15 or 2 for $25;     Children 6-10 $5; Children 5 & under Free; Tickets available at office  (306)773-4697

Visioning Preparation Survey:  The Survey Monkey that was  emailed out to the membership, can be done online, or you can pick up a copy from our ushers. They are to be filled out, to get ready for a 1-day Vision Retreat with Bishop Tote, on Saturday Feb 15 from 9am to 4pm. They are anonymous, and there will be a box in the narthex where you can drop them off the printed copies.

ELW ladies are looking for Communion helpers from the congregation, men and women, someone to set up, the day before; assist with communion; be a runner; and clean up after the service. There is a sign-up sheet on the white board. We will train and put you with someone who has done the job before.

They are accepting 20 participants from Sask. If you’re interested talk to Pastor Greg 306-774-6261. The deadline has passed but there is still room.

St Olaf AGM is on February 23 after the potluck lunch.

Please get your reports into the office as soon as possible.

Connie needs to compile them into a report and get them out to the congregation by February the 9th. Thank you!
