East Side's JOY 55+ group is planning a bus trip to the Briercrest Christmas Pageant, “A Rosetown Christmas” , on November 29.

Everyone is welcome! Cost for the bus and performance ticket is $45 (cash, e-transfer or cheque) or $48 (credit card).

We need to confirm the bus by October 15th so please rsvp by then.

A "Care for the Earth Self-guided Tour" of the city of Swift Current has been created by First United Church. There is a guide and a map leading you to bountiful flower and vegetable gardens, xeriscape’d yards, beautiful parks, homes with solar panels, examples of water conservation, and innovative, creative yards.

Packages for the tour are in St. Olaf’s church office.

FUNDRAISING DINNER for House of Hope Sat October 25 at 6pm

A future non-profit organization pursuing the establishment of a Transition House in Swift Current, SK for People At Risk. Featuring Guest Speaker, KELLY STICKEL, Author of “Let’s Take Our Job Back” and Founder of MyCity Care. See poster for more info.
