Our theme is Gratitude, so bring someone you are grateful for!

The Swift Current High School “COMP Eats” program is looking for support with their community fridge. St Olaf is looking for baked goods, healthy snacks such as muffins to contribute to their program. LuMinHos: Saskatoon hospital authorities have changed their practice of recording patient religious preferences. Unless a patient declares their religious preference as Lutheran when admitted to hospital, our Hospital Chaplain, Pastor Richard Engel, will not know. Lutheran patients must clearly ask for the Lutheran Chaplain to visit them. Or families may let Pastor Engel know by phone/text at 306 229 1663 or email chaplain@luminhos.org.

Beginning June 29 and continuing on the last Sundays of July, and August, we will have a hymn sing for 10 minutes prior to the service. Come and request your Favorite Hymns!!
Also, if you would like to grace us with your musical talent, we are looking for people to do Special Music any time. Call Arlie at 306-773-2361
Summertime Social:We will begin this year on Tuesday, June 17th and run every Tuesday to the end of July. We will be discussing “The Language of God” written by Dr. Francis Collins. The book explains his reasons as a scientist for believing in God. The paperback is $25, and Pastor Patti can get free shipping. There is a sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex along with a copy of the book so you can check it out before you sign up.
Graduation Milestone iscoming up! If you know of anyone graduating from High School or a Post Secondary School and would like to be celebrated, please call the office 306-773-4697 ext 720.
Family Resource Centre: We will be helping with their Summer Meal Program again this year and are asking the Congregation to Supply the 15 dozen muffins needed to send with the meals at the end of June. There is a sign-up sheet on the whiteboard. Bring them frozen and put them in the chest deep freeze. Thank you!

Today we have been invited by 1st United Church, to join them at Kin Park on Bell St. for a picnic, where we will celebrate our May Birthdays. Please bring lawn chairs for yourself and maybe an extra for a friend. Paper plates and disposable flatware will be provided.
